Good morning. Happy Thursday. The Asian/Pacific markets closed mostly up. Malaysia dropped 1.4%; Australia, China and Indonesia rallied 0.7% or more. Europe is currently mostly up. France, Germany and Austria are up more than 1%. Futures here in the States point towards a moderate gap up open for the cash market.
Copper Breaks Out
Yesterday, the Russell 2000 broke out and closed at its highest level since early May (on a closing basis). Today copper broke out.
