Good morning. Happy Monday. Hope you had a nice weekend. The Asian/Pacific markets closed mostly down including China which dropped almost 3%. Europe is mostly down; losses are small to moderate. Futures here in the States point towards a sizable gap down open for the cash market.

Good morning. Happy Friday. The Asian/Pacific markets closed up across the board. Australia, India, Japan, Singapore and South Korea rallied more than 1%. Hong Kong gained more than 2%. Europe is currently up across the board. Gains are moderate; there are no 1% winners. Futures here in the States are flat.

Good morning. Happy Thursday. The Asian/Pacific markets closed mixed and perhaps with a slight upward bias, but China dropped 1%. Europe is currently mixed; Stockholm is down 1.3%. Futures here in the States point towards a positive open for the cash market.

Europe is currently up across the board – most of the indexes are posting 1% gains or better. Futures here in the States point towards a moderate gap up open for the cash market.
