\n The Asian\/Pacific<\/strong> markets closed mostly up. China, Hong Kong, South Korea. Taiwan, Australia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines did well. Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> are currently mostly up. The UK, Poland, Turkey, Denmark, South Africa, Switzerland and Hungary are doing well. Greece and Spain are down more than 1%. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards a positive open for the cash market. <\/span>

\n Finish Line (FINL +3.17%) was downgraded to ‘Neutral’ from ‘Positive’ at Susquehanna Financial.<\/span>
\n Trinity Industries (TRN +2.31%) jumped nearly 10% in after-hours trading after a federal appeals court in New Orleans overturned a 2015 ruling against TRN for a $663 million judgement that was awarded in a lawsuit the alleged the company defrauded the U.S. government with a faulty highway guardrail safety system.<\/span>
\n TerraForm Power (TERP -0.83%) may move higher this morning after it reported Q2 adjusted Ebitda of $136 million, better than consensus of $119.7 million.<\/span>
