Japan and New Zealand moved up; China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Thailand moved down. <strong>Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> are currently mixed and mostly quiet. Hungary and Austria are up more than 1%; the UK, Turkey and Kenya are also up. The UAE, Denmark, Russia, Norway and Israel are down. Oil is flat; copper is down. Gold and silver are down.
