Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> leaned to the upside and are also mostly quiet. Poland, South Africa and Switzerland are up the most. Turkey is down 2%; Saudi Arabia is down 1%; Greece is also weak. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards a flat open for the cash market. <\/span>
