Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> are currently mostly up. The UAE, Greece, Denmark, South Africa, Russia, Belgium and Portugal are doing the best. Israel is down. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards a down open for the cash market. <\/span>
