Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> are currently mostly up. The UK, Poland, France, Germany, Finland, Switzerland, Norway, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Israel, Sweden and Saudi Arabia are each up at least 1%. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards a moderate gap up open for the cash market. <\/span>
