Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> currently lean to the upside. France, Germany, Denmark, South Africa, Kenya, Hungary, Portugal and Sweden are doing well; the UAE, Greece, Israel and Bulgaria are down. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards a moderate gap down open for the cash market. <\/span>

\n Agilent’s (A +0.75%) price target was raised to $95 from $90 at Morgan Stanley on stronger cyclical trends in the sector.<\/span>
