Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> are currently mostly up. The UK, Germany, Denmark, Finalnd, Switzerland, Norway, Portugal, Austria and the Czech Republic are leading; Turkey and Greece are down. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards a moderate gap up open for the cash market. <\/span>
