Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> currently lean to the upside. Poland, France, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia are leading while Turkey and Austria are down. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards a positive open for the cash market.<\/span>
