The UK, France, Germany, Russia, Greece, Italy and Austria are up while South Africa, Finland and Norway are down. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards a positive open for the cash market. <\/span>
\nThe dollar is up. Oil is up; copper is down. Gold and silver are down. Bonds are up. <\/span>

\n JPMorgan Chase (JPM +0.43%) rose more than 1% in pre-market trading after it reported Q2 FICC sales and trading revenue of $3.45 billion, better than consensus of $3.20 billion.<\/span>
\n BlackRock (BLK +0.75%) was upgraded to ‘Outperform from ‘Market Perform’ at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods with a price target of $617.<\/span>
\n Monro (MNRO +1.07%) was upgraded to ‘Buy from ‘Neutral’ at Goldman Sachs with a price target of $71.<\/span>
\n VF Corp (VFC +0.46%) was upgraded to ‘Buy’ from ‘Neutral’ at Bank of America\/Merrill Lynch.<\/span>

\n AT&T (T +1.13%) lost 1% in after-hours trading after the U.S. Justice Department said it is appealing a judge’s decision allowing AT&T’s takeover of Time Warner.<\/span>
