Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> are currently mostly up. The UK, Denmark, Poland, Turkey, Greece, Switzerland, Kenya, Norway, Italy, Saudi Arabia and the Czech Republic are leading while South Africa posts a loss. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards a moderate gap up open for the cash market. <\/span>
