Good morning. Happy Thursday. <\/span>
\n The Asian\/Pacific<\/strong> markets suffered massive losses. Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, India, New Zealand, Taiwan, Australia, Singapore and Thailand plunged at least 2%, and several were down 4-5%. Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> are currently mostly down. The biggest losses comes from the UK, France, Poland, the UAE, Russia, South Africa, Finland, Switzerland, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, Israel, Austria, Sweden, Saudi Arabia and the Czech Republic. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards flat open for the cash market. The S&P future were down about 35 over night. <\/span>

\n Imperva (IMPV +27.98%) was downgraded to ‘Neutral’ from ‘Outperform’ at Macquarie with a price target of $55.<\/span>
\n Liberty Oilfield Services (LBRT -4.87%) was rated a new ‘Outperform’ at Wolfe Research with a price target of $29.<\/span>
\n VOXX International (VOXX -5.90%) tumbled nearly 7% in after-hours trading after it reported Q2 sales fell -4.1% to $108.9 million, below consensus of $114 million.<\/span>
\n Atomera (ATOM -2.81%) dropped more than 15% in after-hours trading after it announced that it will shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering, although no size was given.<\/span>
