Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> are currently mostly up. The UK, Denmark, France, Germany, Russia, Greece, Switzerland, Norway, Belgium, Portugal and Israel are up more than 1%; Hungary is down. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards a down open for the cash market. <\/span>
