\n The Asian\/Pacific<\/strong> markets are mostly down. Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, New Zealand and Singapore are down while only the Philippines are up a decent amount. Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> currently lean to the upside. Poland, Turkey, Russia, South Africa and Hungary are up; Denmark, Greece and Saudi Arabia are down. Future in the States<\/strong> point towards a slight down open for the cash market. <\/span>
