Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> are currently mostly up and posting solid gains. The UK, Denmark, Poland, France, Turkey, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Israel, Austria and the Czech Republic are leading. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards a relatively big gap up open for the cash market. <\/span>
