\n The Asian\/Pacific<\/strong> markets are posting big gains. Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines are up at least 1%; some are up 2% or 3%. Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> are currently mostly up. The UK, Poland, Germany, Greece, Russia, Germany, South Africa, Finland, Norway, Hungary, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Austria and Sweden are up more than 1%. Futures in the States<\/strong> point towards a huge gap up open for the cash market. <\/span>
