\n The Asian\/Pacific<\/strong> markets leaned to the downside. Australia, China and Malaysia closed up; Japan, Hong Kong, India and the Philippines were down. Europe, Africa and the Middle East<\/strong> currently lean to the downside. Poland, France, Russia, Greece, Finland, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Israel, Austria and the Czech Republic are down the most; South Africa and Saudi Arabia are up. Futures in the States<\/strong> were up moderately overnight but are now down. <\/span>
\nThe dollar is down. Oil and copper are down. Gold and silver are up. Bonds are up. <\/span>

\n Under Armour (UAA -4.13%) may initially open higher this morning after Adage Capital reported a 5.88% passive stake in the company.<\/span>
\n Raytheon (RTN -4.07%) was awarded a $693 million contract to produce Sweden’s Patriot Integrated Air and Missile Defense System, including spare parts, support and training.<\/span>
\n Lockheed Martin (LMT -3.29%) was awarded a $3.38 billion contract from the U.S. Army to produce Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target Advanced Capability-3 missiles with associated ground support equipment and initial spares. <\/span>
