The Asian/Pacific markets closed with a lean to the downside. Hong Kong did well, but India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines closed down. Europe, Africa and the Middle East are currently mostly unchanged. The UAE and Hungary are up; Greece is down. Futures in the States point towards a flat open for the cash market.
