The Asian/Pacific markets are down across-the-board. Japan, Hong Kong, Austria, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines are down the most. Europe, Africa and the Middle East are currently mixed. Poland and Turkey are up; the UAE, Russia, South Africa and Spain are down. Futures in the States point towards a moderate gap up open for the cash market.
