The Asian/Pacific markets closed mixed. South Korea, India, Singapore and the Philippines did well while Taiwan, Australia and Indonesia were weak. Europe, Africa and the Middle East are currently mostly down. France, Germany, Greece, Finland, Russia, Switzerland, Norway, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, Austria and Sweden are worst off. South Africa is doing well. Futures in the States point towards a down open for the cash market.

Skyworks Solutions (SWKS +2.12%) dropped nearly 3% in after-hours trading after it reported Q3 adjusted gross margin of 50.7%, below consensus of 50.78%.
Cintas (CTAS +0.56%) gained 2% in after-hours trading after it reported Q4 gross margin of 44.40%, better than consensus of 43.44%.
athenahealth (ATHN +0.29%) jumped nearly 8% in after-hours trading after it reported Q2 revenue of $301.1 million, better than consensus of $298.7 million.
eBay (EBAY +0.27%) lost 4% in after-hours trading after it said it sees Q3 adjusted EPS from continuing operations of 46 cents-48 cents, the midpoint below consensus of 48 cents.
NCR Corp. (NCR +1.94%) dropped 7% in after-hours trading after it reported Q2 revenue of $1.59 billion, below consensus of $1.61 billion, and said it sees Q3 revenue of $1.66 billion-$170 billion, weaker than consensus of $1.73 billion.
E*TRADE Financial (ETFC -0.18%) gained nearly 3% in after-hours trading after it reported Q2 total net revenue of $577 million, higher than consensus of $553.8 million, and aid it will buy back $1 billion in stock.
Manhattan Associates (MANH +1.07%) tumbled 9% in after-hours trading after it said it sees full-year adjusted EPS of $1.85-$1.89, weaker than consensus of $1.90.
Super Micro Computer (SMCI +2.26%) slumped nearly 10% in after-hours trading after it lowered guidance on preliminary Q4 adjusted EPS to 35 cents-37 cents, below an April 27 projection of 40 cents-50 cents.
Maxim Integrated Products (MXIM +1.55%) dropped 5% in after-hours trading after it said it sees Q1 adjusted EPS of 52 cents-58 cents, the midpoint below consensus of 58 cents.
Skechers U.S.A. (SKX -0.91%) sold-off 8% in after-hours trading after it reported Q2 EPS of 38 cents, below consensus of 44 cents, and said it sees Q3 EPS of 42 cents-47 cents, weaker than consensus of 57 cents.
Bank Mutual Corp (BKMU unch) jumped 9% in after-hours trading after Associated Banc-Corp said it will acquire the company for $482 million.
