The Asian/Pacific markets closed with a lean to the downside. Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand moved up; Japan, China, South Korea, Taiwan and the Philippines moved down. Europe, Africa and the Middle East are currently mixed with a lean to the downside. Greece, Kenya and Saudi Arabia are up; Germany, Finland, Norway, Hungary, Portugal and Israel are down.
