Before the Open (Sep 26)

Good morning. Happy Wednesday. Happy Fed Day.
The Asian/Pacific markets leaned to upside. China, Hong Kong and South Korea did well; the Philippines were weak. Europe, Africa and the Middle East currently lean to the downside. The UAE and Hungary are up; Denmark, Turkey, Russia, Finland, Norway and Israel are down. Futures in the States point towards a positive open for the cash market.
