The UK, Denmark, Poland, France, Germany, Greece, South Africa, Switzerland, Norway, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden and the Czech Republic are each up at least 1%. Only Turkey is down a noticeable amount. Futures in the States point towards a big gap up open for the cash market.
