Good morning. Happy Friday. The Asian/Pacific markets closed mostly up; China, Hong Kong and Japan each gained more than 1%. Europe is currently most up; gains are small. Futures here in the States point towards a small gap up open for the cash market.

Futures here in the States are up huge – well above Friday’s high and not far from the Mar 10 close (the day before the earthquake).
